Great place. Exceptionally clean, top notch amenities and CJ the property manager/host was very respectful. Highly recommend to others and looking to come back to stay again.

This home is incredible, and we had a great time staying here on our business trip. The management company is simply amazing and any time we need anything or had a question, they responded quickly. We will only be using this company in the future as they seem to have the best selection of homes and their service was always above and beyond.

My family of 6 had a wonderful experience at Boulder Vista with all its great amenities. The property was private, expansive and a great location to watch sunsets and thunderstorms. The property managers provide a personalized and top-notch professional experience. We look forward to staying at another one of CJ and Jamie's properties for a third time next year.

Unforgetable

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Boulder Vista house. There were an abundance of activities at the house and we were walking distance from morning coffee. The entire family was able to relax and appreciate time together.

Excellent property. Kids loved the pool and adults loved the Pickleball!

Lots of room for everyone.

We've stayed in many nice rental properties but this was among the top. Great location that's convenient to town, has excellent views of Black Mountain, and the neighborhood is great for walking. The house itself is loaded with amenities, our kids loved the tennis/pickle/basketball court. The back yard had citrus trees too! While we were on vacation, we still had some work to do, so having an office was a nice bonus. The property management folks were super friendly too. All around excellent experience.

We travel frequently and have rented large luxury homes all over the US. This is one of our favorite houses we've rented. The house was beautiful inside and out, well decorated and stocked. Felt like a home, not a rental. Our group ranged from 2 years old to 70 years old, and the house was enjoyable for all ages! We never imagined how much time we'd spend on the court. We spent most of our time playing basketball, tennis, and pickleball. And the pool area was fantastic too. The location is private and the property is massive, so you feel like you have a resort to yourself. We will stay here again!

House was great - we especially liked the tennis court, basketball court, pool, and jacuzzi - perfect for a family with active kids. The house itself was spacious and in great condition. Management company super professional & helpful with ideas of stuff to do etc.

Very nice. The home was wonderful. Lots to do and shopping was near at Carefree. Hiking and golf was great.

This home was located out in an adorable area, Carefree and Cave Creek. The neighborhood is quiet, elegant and the houses are pieces of art. We had a mixed group of three couples and my sister staying with us before her big day. The kitchen is very well equipped, including a Ninja blender, which my father was happy about as it assisted in frozen margaritas. The double oven stove had 6, maybe 8 burners, enough for me to toast tortillas for everyone and still keep the rice, and pork carnitas warm. I am a bit of a bedding snob so if the sheets and pillows and mattresses meet my standards, you will be in luxury. The owners of this home have taken care of every detail. I know how expensive the "good" pillows are and they had them on every bed. We used every inch of this house, the pool table, the outdoor fireplace, the hot tub and the living and dining areas. I was a little nervous about staying so far out of Scottsdale but it was not an issue at all. We used a car service to transport everyone to and from the wedding and the town of Cave Creek was so adorable, I highly recommend going out there. CJ and Janie took such great care of us. Desert Vista will be my go to from now on for my trips out west. Thank you for making it such a great experience.

We have had great success staying with DV Luxury Homes, and this home was NO EXCEPTION. The estate was gorgeous, clean, and luxurious. The pool was amazing and fit our entire party with room to swim for everyone. The home’s view was incredible. We’ll be back to this property for sure.

Our family stayed for two weeks and wished we could have stayed longer. The property has everything you need, perfect views, gorgeous pool setting, multiple outdoor spots to sit to enjoy different times of the day. We played tennis every day and the court was in great condition. The property has been well taken care of with lots of supplies to help you get started when you arrive. Grocery very close by. We will most definitely be returning to this property or another one managed by the same owners:)
