Casa Montana

Truly a 10 out of 10 stay. If I could rate it 10 stars I would do so. The place is immaculate inside and out. The location, which is key for us, had the big views and the property was private with lots of room between other properties. Once we find the right place we keep going back and that is what we will do with Casa Montana. Jamie and CJ are on top of all of the details. We own a luxury short term stay property on the beach and know how much effort it takes to run things at a true 5 star level. Jamie and CJ are doing it. 100%. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This is a beautiful and comfortable house meticulously maintained. The outdoor area is amazing with an outdoor kitchen, covered seating areas and beautiful pool. The master bath is over the top and the kitchen is fully equipped. The house is located near our favorite hike at Tom’s Thumb and convenient to restaurants and shopping. The hosts are incredibly responsive and customer service oriented. A wonderful stay at a wonderful house!

Beautiful home! I was there with 3 other guys for a golf trip. It was too nice for us. Great outdoor areas & beautiful comfortable inside seating to watch sports.

My wife and I stayed here while looking to experience the variety of adventures that Scottsdale offers and we were NOT disappointed!! The home itself had absolutely everything we needed, was located right next to the best hiking, restaurants, and neighborhoods, and had exactly what we needed to rest after long excursions. The location made it easy to reach down to Olde Town and north to Sedona very easy. We are already planning our next time here... :) See you again soon!!

Master bedroom is ridiculous...other three bedrooms are modest but adequate.

The Casa Montana house and property turned out to be the PERFECT property for our family vacation/ reunion. The large, spacious floor plan offered plenty of room for everyone to gather together or to find a quiet corner to “catch up” with each other.
Everyones’s favorite #1 spot was the kitchen! The Mountain View, from the large kitchen windows, is absolutely amazing! Lots of table seating, counter space and open floor plan to TV room. The kitchen is perfectly appointed with everything we needed to cook and entertain. Everything from beautiful serving pieces to plastic glasses and plates for the pool! Totally making meal prepping stress free!
The pool was the highlight for the kids and there are so many places for adults to lounge poolside making it easy to keep an eye on things. Happy hour was always along side the gorgeous fire pit or fire place - your choice!
Hiking was part of our overall plan, so the “rural” location was great for us. Located near the Tom Thumb trail head, it was easy to find lots of hiking options near by. And AJ’s food store was only 15 min away, although I ordered our main grocery list from Costco (Instacart) and food was delivered the same day!
I can’t say enough about Casa Montana! It will always hold a special place in our heart and I hope we get back there some day!

"Perfect" is what my husband and I kept saying during our 20 day stay.
The house is beautiful, meticulously clean!, the location and proximity to the hills is breathtaking. The house is situated in a neighborhood but when you're in the house or outside using the beautiful outdoor areas, it feels completely private.
Jaime and JC were a pleasure to work with.
We're already planning our next visit !

This is an extremely nice property away from town but close enough to shopping and restaurants. The property manager was extremely responsive and accommodating. I’d highly recommend staying here.

We stayed here for a few nights before heading to the mountains. My husband and I enjoyed a few days before family time.
The home was beautiful and very well equipped. Everything was as advertised and we had a spectacular time. 5 stars all around. Would love to return one day and highly recommend.

Nice house with wonderful outdoor features which were especially helpful during Covid. It would be helpful to have bars of soap for the guests and a comforter that fit the master bed.

We rented for 2 weeks. Everything went well at check in and check out. Jamie and CJ were great and very responsive to any requests. Would absolutely rent again.

Casa Montana exceeded our high expectations. Beautiful home recently remodeled, nicely furnished, very well appointed, and with outstanding mountain/desert views. Rented it for a golfing trip and reunion among former college roommates (class of 1973) and it worked out perfectly. Recommend very highly.

I'm so glad we found this rental What a beautiful place! Move in was seamless and easy. The property managers were a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely consider renting her again.

We had a wonderful relaxing vacation in this large beautiful home. It’s set up in the mountains and the views are spectacular. Well appointed with everything you need.

We came to Casa Montana on a family vacation and enjoyed every minute. The home is just as beautiful as the pictures show. There is everything you need at the house, throw blankets, extra bedding, plenty of towels and kitchen utensils. The views were extraordinary. The pool had a nice flat shelf and a wonderful fountain. There were plenty of pool chairs and the furniture was high end. The steam shower in the master bath was amazing. The managers, CJ, Jamie & Cap did a great job of making sure we were comfortable and that everything was in good order.

The managers went above and beyond to make us comfortable and happy. Would not even consider another service in Scottsdale.

This house is like a brand new. It has great views of the mountains and is close to Pinnacle Peak and local restaurants. The pool, deck and fireplace were very nice. The management company was very responsive and professional. I'd highly recommend it as an alternative to expensive hotels that offer few amenities.

Our group of four couples rented this beautiful house for a reunion, and it turned out to be everything we could have hoped for. There was plenty of room for everyone, and great indoor and outdoor spaces for socializing. There are 2 large indoor living areas, a formal dining area, and a less formal kitchen eating area for breakfasts and lunches. There's an outdoor BBQ area, and two gas fire pits. All of these comfortably seated the 8 in our group.

The house is right next to open space, and well away from any neighbors, so there's lots of privacy. And, McDowell Mountain Regional Park is right next door, with easy access to a number of trail heads, including Tom's Thumb.

Oh, and did I mention the heated pool and lounge area?

A fantastic time was had by everyone, and loads of memories created.

Loved the house, property and location. More importantly, the support provided by CJ and Jamie were first rate. No issue was too small and any and everything was addressed immediately.

The house worked out perfectly for our group for our three night stay. We had nine girls and plenty of room for everyone. The House was absolutely gorgeous and had everything we needed and more. You will NOT find a better a experience at this price point. Owners are true professionals who take pride in their properties and it shows.

It's better than that "seasonal" hotel down the road (and you can always go over there for lunch if want).
