Courtside Villa

I have stayed at the Courtside Villa 4 times for a reason. We love the proximity to hiking, great restaurants and the house is well appointed--great bedrooms, showers, kitchen, pool and pickleball. Perfect setting for us. Cherry on top is the responsiveness of CJ and Jamie--great hosts. Thanks again.

Besides the location in N Scottsdale(which we love)..Courtside Villa is a combination of great space with spacious bedrooms and an outdoor area that is full of activities! Tennis/Pickle,pool,hot tub,and a new fire pit! We spend most of our time enjoying these super amenities.

We had a great stay here to celebrate my husband’s birthday with friends. The house had everything we needed, so we could just stay and relax at the pool and play pickleball all weekend. The inside was so spacious and clean—we never wanted to leave!

This is my third stay. I love the property--the pool, the tennis/pickleball court and the beautiful home. Jamie and CJ are the best hosts. I can't say enough great things about this place. The flowers were in full bloom in May and it made it even prettier!

This is my seconds stay. Beautiful home. Well equipped. Excellent hosts--Jamie and CJ. Responsive and delightful. We played pickleball every day and used the pool and the hot tub often. Fire pit was easy to navigate as well.

The only add would be to have an apple tv connected to the main TV to allow for streaming or using our own TV service but we were able to watch March Madness during our stay so it worked.

Home worked great for four guys on a golf trip. as it's conveniently located between Troon North and Grayhawk. We also enjoyed the pickleball court and hot tub. Home had everything we needed.

Communication good-
House not quite worth the high price we paid- not spotless, our socks got very dirty walking on floors, ice maker not working, grill jus ok shape . We paid high price for not super quality. Host was helpful / communication good

Courtside Villa is the perfect rental for a large, active family and is a great layout for a 'work-cation' for adult children. Our family loves this property and will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay here! We paid for pool and hot tub heating and our kids spent 3/4 of every day swimming and playing on the basketball/tennis/Pickleball court. The 75 degree AZ weather was just incredible as well.

The property manager was also very responsive and helped us a couple of times when needed. The only thing that was tricky is there was no kid-safe dishware. We just bought disposable plates and cups at the store which was super easy and a quick solution. I just didn’t want them eating on porcelain plates and using glass cups.

Definitely plan to stay here again!

We had a wonderful long weekend at the house. The house had plenty of amenities and the location was close to good food and outdoor recreation. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and tennis court! The manager was responsive and helped us with the hot tub and provided a few extra bikes for our stay upon request.

We have stayed in this fabulous and FUN home every March for years and we absolutely love it. Great location! Great amenities! Great customer service! Our springtime home away from home:)

We had a great experience at the Courtside Villa. The house was fantastic. The ability to enjoy the pool, hot tub and courts was a true benefit. The house was clean and well stocked. I would go back for sure and recommend the home to family and friends.

The Courtside Villa is a very nice property with lots of interior space and a fantastic exterior with a pool, hot tub, and tennis court.

My group had such a wonderful time here. The host was fantastic and was so welcoming. He let us have an early check in because of our earlier arrival. The host showed us around the house and gave us all the information we would need. The house was clean and had more than enough of space for a big group! The pool is a bit small for groups over 4 people however the temperature of the pool was wonderful! Both the tennis and basketball courts are an awesome addition to keep you active. Any time we had an issue or question the host was always responsive through call and text.

We loved our stay at this home.... it was perfect! Have us and all of our guests enough space to be together or enjoy time away from one another. I would definitely stay at this property again when I return to Scottsdale.

This home was the perfect place to celebrate my birthday. The home was beautiful and spacious and the outdoor space was a dream!!! The full basketball court/tennis court was icing on the cake. I will def plan another vacation to Arizona and stay in one of Cj and Jamie’s properties. Cj was welcoming and responded immediately with any questions we had during our stay.

Home was immaculate, spacious and welcoming. Pool and hot tub were just what we needed to cool off during the very hot days and cool evening/mornings. Rooms were very large, master suite was gigantic.
CJ (host) was great!

A girl’s getaway weekend. Perfect house for the seven of us because we are all tennis players. We used the court every day, even learned how to play pickle ball. The house is very well taken care of, the management team responded almost immediately if we had any issues. This was my second time staying at this property, my friends want to book it again next January.

A beautiful home, perfect amenities and an accessible and professional host. We could not have been happier and we are so grateful. They thought of everything !

Very nice home, close to anything you might need. Food, golf shops.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful home. It was well equipped, spacious and very clean. The backyard is where we spent a lot of out time at the pool, spa, fire pit and tennis court. There are many beautiful hikes and biking trails close to the home. We also would recommend the management company: Desert Vista Luxury Homes very professional before and during the duration of our stay. Thank you, we hope to be back again one day.

Wow. What a fantastic stay. The property was first class. Clean, fresh and beautiful. Excellent location very private. I would recommend it in a heartbeat.

Pictures did not do this house justice. I always like walking into a home we rented to find it exceeds our expectations. Property manger was great, house was clean, very well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, comfortable beds, pool, hot tub, fire pit, tennis court with basketball goal, nice propane grill, clean 3 car garage, beautiful home inside and out!

We spent 9 days at the Courtside Villa - CJ & Jamie, the home, pool & tennis court, and its location - was wonderful and our holiday vacation couldn't have been better!

Our group of 4 guys came to Scottsdale for an annual golf trip and we couldn't have had a better experience at Courtside Villa. All communication was extremely prompt and CJ was great to work with...on top of that, the property is truly amazing. We will certainly be back.

Upon arrival we were truly pleased to find that the appearance of the home was equal to that of the photos. This is an immaculate and well appointed home. It is wonderfully located for golf and hiking. There are several grocery stores and also some very good restaurants within a 5 minute drive of this location. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.
