Our stay included a group of 10 celebrating a milestone birthday. We were pleasantly surprised that the home was much larger in person both inside and out. We found everything we needed to prepare meals even for the large group. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to Walgreens for those few forgotten items. We walked to the McDowell Nature Preserve for hiking each day as a trailhead was just under a mile away. This was awesome hiking! Looking forward to booking again in the future.

We celebrated our 50th anniversary with our two adult children, their families and my brother. We had a total of 10 people and the house easily accommodated all of us in comfort. The layout, both indoors and outdoors is perfect or a large group. Everyone enjoyed the pool and all the outdoor games. The kitchen was very large and very well appointed. Fire pits were a fun amenity to extend the day outdoors. Many great restaurants within ten minutes. The property management team was great and responsive to the few “issues” we encountered. Highly recommend this house!!!

Troon Highlands was everything we hoped for and more! Our four adult children and their spouses flew in for a long Thanksgiving weekend and this home provided amazing amenities that everyone could enjoy. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom which was so nice. The entire house was immaculate when we arrived and just as beautiful as the pictures in the listing show. The living space, both inside and out, has ample room for everyone. We loved the large kitchen and everyone easily worked around each other during meal prep. The pool and hot-tub was a daily highlight having traveled from a much colder Michigan climate. :) We read books, watched College football, hiked, and gamed for most of the weekend...pool,, ping-pong, corn-hole, and so many board/card games. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to relax and connect as a family. We hope to return with friends and enjoy the amazing golf courses in the area.

We were a group of 5 guys visiting Scottsdale for a golf outing. The house was a perfect setup for us. Comfortable with plenty of space, clean with plenty of amenities. The pool table, table tennis table and relaxing area by the pool was a bonus.

This home is absolutely amazing. Plenty of room for all us to spread out. The pool table and ping pong table was really nice to have for extra enjoyment after swimming. Tons of room to move around in the kitchen. Great contact with CJ for any and all questions we had.

Came from CA to visit my kiddo in AZ and wanted a nice relaxing place to stay. All I can say is CJ’s place was out of this world. Every room was immaculate and the space itself was incredibly calming and relaxing. We spent a ton of time in the pool and backyard even though it was 105 degrees!

CJ was very responsive and even took the time to come by and drop of a speaker for us.

If I could give this home 6 stars I would!

The house was immaculate and exactly as advertised. It is comfortable and very livable for a family of 6 or more. We enjoyed the house, the location was perfect and the management was very helpful. It took them only 15 minutes to come over and fix something that I had broken. A true gem. Grab it before someone else does.

We had a friends get together at Troon North and had a wonderful time. There was plenty of room for 8 of us with all the amenities we needed for a home away from home. We enjoyed evenings on the back patio and the pool and hot tub were terrific. CJ and Jamie fro Desert Vista Luxury homes were great to work with. They were quick to respond to questions and assist when needed.

We visited this house with another family for a change of pace during working from home and remote learning in Seattle. The house is gorgeous, modern, impeccably cared for and has every ammenity you could think of. We pretty much lived on the huge patio while the kids played in the pool, but the home is so spacious that all of 9 of us has space indoors as well. It's so peaceful and in a quiet neighborhood, but is located close to all the stores and restaurants you need. The only challenge we ran into was getting 6+ people on the wifi, so keep in mind if you're looking for a similar type of work/play getaway. The managers were extremely kind and helpful and quickly attended to any issues that came up during our trip. We would love to stay here again and would highly recommend it to our friends and family. Thanks for a perfect sunny getaway!

The home is very clean and well equipped. The back yard is exceptional and where 90% of our time was spent while there. Good location and very quiet! Would most certainly return and would definitely recommend to anyone.

Booked this home for a Covid staycation and this was the perfect choice. The home was super clean and the contactless check-in was even better. Homeowner was always available to answer any of our questions and the home had everything you could need/want. Will book again!

This house is perfect. It has everything you need for entertainment and relaxation. We had a girl’s trip/birthday celebration and really enjoyed it. It is beautifully decorated, spacious and stocked with most everything you need. Would stay here again!!!

Nice, lg sized home, convenient to golf courses. Teens and adults made good use of pool table, as well as the pool and hot tub. we very much enjoyed our stay there. 4days of rain was the only bad part.

I can’t say enough nice things about the property and the team who manage it! We had 4 couples total and all agreed we found a great spot! I highly recommend heating the pool if it’s not quite warm enough! We loved having the hot tub and pool to relax! They gave us a list of personal chefs to look into as we hired one for an evening and they were spot on! The house is spectacular for a group of adults or a family vacation! We look forward to working with this group in the future! We highly recommend this team and this house!

My 5 friends and I have been vacationing in Scottsdale area for years. Our house in Troon Highlands was fantastic. Best accommodation EVER. 6 adult men in 60’s, long time friends for almost 40 years, so we like some creature comfort and we have high expectations...... sparkling clean, modern kitchen, bedroom configurations that work for us, pristine bathrooms, sofas for us to hang tell stories, laugh and enjoy each other’s long term companionship, great TVs and just a wonderful place are requisites. Our house met our needs in spades. Great service from Desert Vista Luxury. Looking forward to next year.

I can't recommend this place enough. Not only was the house great for our family, but the Management was top notch. Always available and made sure we had a great experience. We look forward to staying again in the future!

Our family of 12 stayed comfortably in this super clean and beautiful home to celebrate a 50th birthday! It was so nice to have a high chair and pack-n-play crib for our littlest guest. We enjoyed every spacious inch and all of the amenities offered. We played pool, ping pong, and bags. The patio was our favorite spot for coffee and nightcaps with a beautiful breeze and comfortable couches. The pool and spa were utilized day and night by teens and adults. Plenty of sunbathing and shaded space too. We had groceries delivered and cooked daily in the well-supplied kitchen. We traveled to the Grand Canyon, played at Top Golf, hiked Pinnacle Peak Mt., shopped at Old Town and Kierland Commons (great food at The Greene House). It's located in a quiet neighborhood about 55 minutes from the airport. Within a short 15 minute drive you have access to great restaurants, shopping, and golf courses. The managers are responsive and great to work with! They even recommended a fantastic caterer for my birthday dinner. It was the most relaxing vacation we have ever had. We will stay here again and highly recommend it!

Our stay was perfect for our family of 11. The house is beautiful and set up for time together or time apart. The yard was great for everyone; some laying in the sun, some sitting under the covered roof, some swimming, some playing games! Loved the dcor and the amenities. Would love to stay here again.

Beautiful property which was well maintained. Management was extremely helpful, accommodating, and available for any questions we had. Unfortunately due to the poor weather we were not able to utilize the beautiful outdoor patio as much as we would have liked, however the pool table and 85” family room TV was a great substitute. Have everything you need within 5 min from the home. Great house!!

This home was amazing for our group of 7. So much space to have privacy and plenty of gathering space as well. The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked with all of the pots and pans needed to make gourmet meals and breakfast for a big group. We enjoyed coffee in the outdoor space in the mornings and dinners on the patio in the evening. The outdoor heaters were a plus! We spent time in the pool, grilling out, playing bags, ping pong, and billiards. Not a dull moment! During the day we went our separate ways and played golf (TPC Stadium Course, Grayhawk Raptor, Troon Monument), hiked mountains (Pinnacle Peak) walked, rode mountain bikes on local trails (rented awesome mountain bikes at DC Ranch), and shopped. The bedrooms are big and the house will sleep a lot of people! The beds are very comfortable, the living room furniture is awesome, there are big TVs everywhere with all the cable channels you need, plus wi-fi capability. There were even bikes and left-handed clubs in the garage. We felt right at home here. The furniture is accommodating to a big group, yet there are small quiet places for reading or relaxing. If you want a luxury vacation, you can do it all right here. We cannot wait to book another stay next year!

This home is beautiful! We had a wonderful time and the house had everything we needed and more. Our group of 7 enjoyed golf, hiking, mountain biking, walking trails, relaxing In the pool/hot tub, morning coffee and evening dinner on the patio, playing pool and outdoor bags. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. We loved cooking meals for our big group. The furniture is beautiful, beds are super comfortable, wi-fi, and big TVs in every room. There were even some bikes and left handed golf clubs! Wow! Close to shopping, groceries, and restaurants. We cannot wait to book our next stay.
