Villa Solare

It's a nice place with a fantastic courtyard and pool. The management folks we met were great, and we enjoyed our stay. The property is a bit tired, but it exceeded our expectations. We would stay again.

This weekend was catch up time for my husband and I - he travels during the week and this was our time to reconnect. This is the perfect house for this. It’s like renting an entire resort all to yourself. Excellent!!

This home was a perfect oasis retreat nestled in a quiet neighborhood. You felt like you were on your own island but with all the amenities and access to a town. This is a perfect retreat home for a nice family greataway.

Excellent vacation home, hope to return! Our family had a wonderful spring break and loved the pool and hot tub in the privacy of the courtyard!

First want to thank CJ for awesome communication both before and during our stay! Well done...The place is awesome! Spacious, clean, perfect temperature, smells wonderful, great beds, pool and spa temperature are the best we’ve had anywhere! There were 8 of us and at anytime you could have complete privacy somewhere with all the different rooms and space. Location is nice....Within 5 minutes you can get to multiple shopping options (restaurants, grocery, coffee, gas, etc.). 10-15 min from Kierland and higher end shopping if you’d like. It’s a great mix of desert and modern feel with the property. Our goal was to have a personal resort feel and this nailed it! Thanks again for the great experience and we will be in touch next year!!!

Great property for a family vacation. Great family spaces in the theatre and living room. Location was near many attractions and parks. For a luxury property there were a few things missing. Limited kitchen utensils, pots and bakeware for holiday cooking. Could have used additional linens and towels. Construction dust from recent pool renovation was still present in pool area.

My group has been coming to this area for 26 years for an annual 8 man golf trip. We have rented from Desert Vista Luxury Homes for many of those years. Jamie and CJ do a wonderful job and have many great homes. They provide superb customer service and are very accessible and responsive should the need arise. The Villa Solare property is greatly situated and located in the heart of Scottsdale. It is a beautiful property with a central courtyard with pool and spa. The casita is situated across the courtyard so it feels very much a part of the home. The second floor master suite, the expansive living room, and the amazing theater room are definitely some highlights. We had a great stay and highly recommend any of their properties.

We had the best time at this home! We stayed here for a low-key villa-style bachelorette party. We had so much fun seeing one another for the first time in so long and going for hikes around the property. The house has everything you need and the property managers are fantastic! Very accommodating and easy to get ahold of. The property was very well maintained and the customer service was stellar! I would absolutely recommend the Four Seasons for a beautiful dinner or hiking Pinnacle Peak. We would all recommend this property for a family stay or oasis for connection with dear friends. Thank you so much!

This place is everything the pictures show but more. Warm and inviting. A wonderful place. It was so hard to leave. My family and I had a great time and will be coming back.

We (family of four including two teenagers) spent 10 nights at Villa Solare over Christmas 2020. It was just what we needed. We love the North Scottsdale location and hiked everyday, either at Cave Creek Park or one of the McDowell Sonoran trails. The house itself was gorgeous and immaculate, with plenty of towels, hand and dish soap and laundry detergent. The pool was nice and warm with the heat and the pool cover was easy to use. We would happily stay here again!

The house is amazing with lot's of activities on property to keep us entertained. Very close to restaurants and shopping. The host was very helpful during check-in, no issues during our stay.

I am not one to write reviews but I must make an exception. This home is so beautiful and as good as the pictures. We spent all day at the beautiful pool and can't wait until we come again!

We were a group of 6 and the home accommodated us all. The appliances were high end and the home was beautiful. We spent many hours at the pool and never had such a relaxing vacation. The managers were a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!!!

We had a wonderful time at Villa Solare, Jamie and CJ are wonderful and the house was very clean and well maintained. We hope to return soon!

We were 2 combined small families from out of state and had everything we needed to be as busy or relaxed as we wanted. All of the technical features ranging from the pool to the theater were very user friendly and worked great.
My communication with the owner was easy and they always replied back very quickly.
We'll definitely plan another trip to beautiful Scottsdale.

We had a wonderful experience at Villa Solare. The home is very spacious, has a great kitchen and very nice pool area. CJ and team were great to work with, and even insured a easy transition from a not so positive experience at another property earlier in our stay. Villa Solare has the most amazing sunset views. If you are looking for private luxury, this is your place.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Villa Solare. The property is a little older than it looks in the photos but has been pretty well maintained. The pool was great and our kids really had a good time using it. The management team was nice to work with and CJ was very responsive to any issues we had.

Near everything on a dirt road you will find this beautiful oasis of tranquility in the dessert. The swimming pool and spa is the main event outside while the master bedroom suite is one of the many main events inside. Great home!

The only negative was the wi-fi was very slow for our stay.

We came to Scottsdale for a reunion trip with college friends. The house was spacious and perfect for all of us. We would come again in a minute!

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this property. It is ideal for golf, sports viewing in the theater room, and bbqing you favorite food on the expansive grill. I would highly recommend Villa Solare for anyone planning similar activity along with spending time in the pool and spa or lounging outside enjoying the sun.

The house and the location were perfect for our extended family as we attended a local wedding. CJ was super responsive, met us at check in to fully go over the house and details, and even returned once when we couldn’t figure out a tech glitch (our fault). He was there within 30 minutes to fix it and make sure everything else was OK. The pool area was super comfortable to hang out in, the family room with big screen TV easily handled all 8 of us for morning coffee and evening football games and drinks. All in all, a superior house with great amenities, only made better by CJ’s personal touch.

We stayed here for a week in September. The weather was PERFECT. Pool was amazing! Home was very clean and well kept. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook and serve dinner. The theater room was awesome for entertaining the kids and watching the football game. The property management team addressed any and all concerns immediately, made sure we were comfortable during our stay, and very helpful with everything. Would definitely stay at Villa Solare again. My family loved it!

This home spares no expense on luxury. Appliances are top of the line, quality furniture and attention to detail. Everything you could want, ask for and more! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We had 10 ladies and could have had a couple more, comfortably. We had a couple minor issues, but CJ was quick to respond and remedy.

Excellent location near numerous top golf courses. The swimming pool is outstanding and was truly heated and very pleasant. A great home and layout for family and friends.

Lovely, large and comfortable home, perfect for a family get-together. Nicely landscaped property with a pool, spa, putting green, media room and small work out area. Everything was clean and in good working order and even nicer than the photos. CJ and Jamie were very friendly and responsive.

This was our second stay at this fantastic property. Everything was perfect and I’m sure we’ll be back again. You could not ask for a better setup in the heart of Scottsdale’s world class golf resorts.

It was everything as shared in the property description and more than we expected! The location was perfect for us, so close to Troon golf, Pinnacle Peak, grocery stores and Cave Creek. Jamie and CJ could not have been more helpful and gracious. We will be renting from them again.

The lay-out is a bit odd with only 3 bedrooms in the main bldg - the master an eyrie with a balcony looking towards Phoenix- and a jack and jill set-up in the pool house. Home theater is spectacular. Could use a _sharp_ chef's knife in the kitchen kit. My family loved the place.

This is a terrific property in a gorgeous part of Scottsdale. It is extremely well appointed as you would expect for such a high end home. Very well maintained and the management team is very professional and courteous. You won't be dissappointed. We will definitely be back.

Great stay at this wonderful property! The owners were very friendly and helpful, even accommodating our need to arrive a little early. House is well furnished, kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Everyone loved the pool/courtyard area! We will definitely be looking to return!
